By accessing the Axiom Scout national registry database, querying macro-level transmission line parameters, or interacting with our automated parcel screening framework, you agree to comply fully with these systemic operating terms.

2. Authorized Platform Utilization

The lookup data provided via the staging environments is strictly for preliminary site feasibility evaluation. Users are expressly prohibited from executing bulk scraping operations, commercial reverse-engineering of utility distribution models, or automated stress-testing of our telemetry grid boundaries.

3. Platform Modifications and Uptime Disclaimer

As a platform currently executing active beta ingestion loops, data layers, regional statuses, and make-ready calculation modules may experience dynamic recalibration cycles without prior notification. Feasibility outputs are advisory and require subsequent utility engineering verification.

5. Intellectual Property, Proprietary Data, & Platform Restrictions

All software, source code, user interfaces, documentation, algorithmic scoring matrices, calculation methodologies, trenching math engines, geospatial refinery pipelines, and automated operator routing logic trees associated with the Axiom Scout Engine are the exclusive, proprietary property of Volt Virginia LLC. This platform is strictly closed-source and protected under commercial software, trademark, and trade secret laws. Your access to the platform is licensed on a limited, revocable basis and is strictly contingent upon an active, fully executed commercial licensee agreement. By accessing this website or utilizing our data services, you expressly agree to the following strict operational restrictions: • REVERSE ENGINEERING PROHIBITED: You shall not decompile, decrypt, disassemble, extract database schemas, or attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying mathematical calculations, data models, or scoring algorithms used to qualify infrastructure parcels. • SCRAPING & DATA EXTRACTION BAN: Automated data mining, bulk scraping, programmatic harvesting, or manual extraction of raw data arrays, site listings, feeder capacities, or database assets from this platform via any medium is strictly prohibited. • REDISTRIBUTION & COMMERCIALIZATION BOUNDARIES: Licensees are authorized to distribute compiled output deliverables—specifically "Certified Site Technical Brief PDFs"—to prospective project clients, property owners, utility grid operators, and funding partners. However, renting, leasing, sub-licensing, re-selling, or white-labeling the underlying software interface, live API streams, or raw database structures is completely forbidden. Any unauthorized use, data leaking, or violation of these proprietary restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms, will result in immediate termination of all platform entitlements, and will be subject to immediate legal escalation for copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation.
